Our friendly staff is dedicated to providing this care in an atmosphere of compassion and respect. Our goal is to remain at the forefront of eye care through continuing education utilizing the latest state-of-the-art equipment, technology, and vision therapy techniques.

Our eye doctor takes the time to explain the results of your visual evaluation and to describe your treatment options. Because optimizing your visual performance is a partnership, we encourage you to ask questions. Our goal is to improve your vision and overall quality of life.
Dr. Kelly Chajka graduated from the University of Rochester with a B.S. in Brain and Cognitive Sciences and a B.A. in Economics. She then graduated from the SUNY College of Optometry with a Master's in Vision Science and a Doctor of Optometry. Following graduation, she completed a residency program in Vision Therapy, also at the SUNY College of Optometry.
Dr. Chajka is a member of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD), the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association (NORA), and the College of Syntonic Optometry (CSO).
Dr. Chajka was born and raised in Central New York, and she is proud to continue to serve her community. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
Meet The Team
Donna Fairbrother has been in the medical field for 20 years. She completed medical assistant school and is a CCMA. The thing she loves most about her job is working with people, and she has had many fulfilling experiences over the years. She has learned so much in her career, and she is always ready to learn more. She is proud to be a part of Dr. Chajka's team at Focus Vision Development Center.
Jeff McNamara was born and raised in Central New York. He graduated from Siena College with a B.B.A. in Accounting. He has been working in accounting and finance for over 20 years. He is excited to be part of this amazing team, serving the local community.
